I think that what you said made a ton of sense. But, what about this? what if you wrote a catchier post title? I ain't suggesting your information isn't good, however suppose you added a post title to maybe get folk's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little boring. You could glance at Yahoo's front page and see how they create article headlines to grab people interested. You might add a video or a pic or two to grab readers interested about everything've got to say. In my opinion, it might bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
